Born and raised on Long Island, NY. Buying and selling real real estate on both shores of Long Island lead myself to a career as a real estate professional. Prior to starting my own brokerage I was an associate broker with Daniel Gale / Sotheby's International Realty, Douglas Elliman Real Estate in NY & Boca Raton, prior to this I owned and operated a textile jobbing and converting business in Manhattan. My business experience and entrepreneurial background, coupled with already keen negotiating skills, quickly propelled myself to top producer status, a position I continue to maintain. While skilled in all phases of real estate, I have a passion and knowledge for Marketing Waterfront Properties, REO's and Short Sales. My combined sales experience and ability to ferret out and resolve procrastination, placed me at the top of the sales chart.
